Compensation for damages (architect indemnification)

If the architect (planner) is subject to a liability (increase in accrued expenses) through the execution of the architecture contract in conformity with the instructions, the principal shall be responsible for the damages, which the architect (planner) caused without being at fault under the contract and shall replace these (hold harmless or indemnify).
